1) About these Terms
These Terms govern your use of Digital Presence, a service provided by AgentOS. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2) Your account
- You are responsible for the security of your account and credentials.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3) Content & uploads
- You retain rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host/process it solely to provide the Service.
- Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
- Respect the rules of any platform you publish to via our integrations.
4) Integrations
Optional integrations (Pinterest, Facebook/Meta, Google, etc.) are enabled only if you connect them. You authorize us to act on your behalf within those services only as needed to perform the actions you request (e.g., posting). Your use of each integration remains subject to that platform’s own terms and policies.
5) Acceptable use
- No abuse, spam, malware, or attempts to bypass security.
- No violation of others’ privacy or intellectual property.
6) Service changes
We may add, change, or remove features. We aim to avoid breaking changes, but the Service is provided “as is”.
7) Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AgentOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.
8) Regional notes (United States & Canada)
All users must comply with applicable laws. U.S. state privacy rights and Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and relevant provincial laws in BC, AB, and Quebec) may grant you rights described in our Privacy Policy.
9) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, to comply with law, or to protect users and the Service.
