Who we are
Digital Presence is a service provided by AgentOS (“we”, “us”, “our”). We use Firebase and select third-party integrations (e.g., Pinterest, Facebook/Meta) that you choose to connect.
Information we collect
- Account information. If you sign up or log in, we collect your name, email, and authentication data via Firebase Authentication.
- Content you upload. Media and text you upload are stored in Firebase Storage and/or Cloud Firestore.
- Integrations (optional). If you connect Pinterest/Facebook/Google, we access only the minimum data needed to enable posting or similar features you request.
- Automatic diagnostics. Basic usage and device info may be collected by Firebase/Google to maintain reliability and security.
How we use information
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- Enable integrations you opt into (e.g., publishing to Pinterest or Facebook).
- Respond to support inquiries and prevent abuse.
We do not sell personal data or use it for independent ad targeting.
Sharing
- At your direction: when you connect third-party platforms or publish content to them.
- Service providers: trusted providers that host/operate our Service (Firebase/Google Cloud, etc.).
- Legal/safety: when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Regional notices (United States & Canada)
United States. For residents of U.S. states with privacy laws (e.g., California and other state laws), this policy acts as our notice of collection and use. You may have rights to access, delete, or obtain a portable copy of your data, and to opt out of certain uses. Use the contact methods below to exercise rights available in your state.
Canada (including PIPEDA and applicable provincial laws such as in BC, AB, and Quebec).Canadian users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and may withdraw consent to the extent permitted by law. Our hosting primarily uses Google Cloud/Firebase; data may be processed outside your province or Canada.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal/operational requirements. You may request deletion of your account or content via the contact methods below.
Children
The Service is not intended for children under the age required by law to consent to data processing (generally 13 in the U.S.; higher in some jurisdictions). Do not use the Service if you are under that age.
Your rights & choices
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
- Disconnect optional integrations at any time.
- Change your notification and privacy preferences in your account (where available).
