Getting Started
Create your organization
- Sign up and verify your email.
- On first login, name your organization (you can change it later).
- Invite teammates from Settings → Members.
Invite teammates
Go to Settings → Members, click Invite, and enter their email. Choose a role: Admin, Editor, or Viewer.
First successful post
Connect at least one channel (e.g., Instagram) under Integrations, then go to Create, draft a caption, attach media, and Schedule or Post now.
Account & Billing
Manage plan & payment method
Open Settings → Billing to view your plan, add/update cards, and download invoices.
Free trial & what happens after
Your 7-day trial enables all core features. If you don’t subscribe, posting will pause, but your content remains safe.
Change or cancel plan
In Settings → Billing, choose a new plan or cancel. Changes apply immediately and prorate automatically.
Integrations
Connect Instagram
- Go to Integrations and click Connect Instagram.
- Log in with Facebook and select the Page that manages your IG Professional account.
- Grant publishing permissions.
Tip: Instagram requires a Professional (Business or Creator) account linked to a Facebook Page.
Connect Facebook Page
From Integrations, choose Facebook, sign in, and pick the Page. Ensure you have Editor or Admin access.
Connect LinkedIn / TikTok / Google / Yelp
Use Integrations, pick the network, and follow the OAuth prompts. We only request the scopes needed for posting & analytics.
Content & Scheduling
Create a post
- Open Create and choose channels.
- Write your caption (or generate with AI), add media, and set hashtags.
- Click Schedule or Post now.
Best-time suggestions
On the scheduling modal, we suggest times based on recent engagement history. You can override anytime.
Calendar view
Use the Calendar to drag posts to new times, duplicate them, or filter by channel.
Privacy & Security
What data we store
We store only what’s necessary for posting & analytics (captions, media metadata, scheduled times, and tokens). Media is stored in your secured bucket.
Permissions & roles
Admins control billing and integrations. Editors can create/schedule posts. Viewers have read-only access.
Single sign-on
We support Google/Apple SSO for quick sign-in. Passwords (if used) are hashed; OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.
Troubleshooting
Instagram video must be MP4
If upload fails, ensure the file is MP4 (H.264/AAC). We warn when a non-MP4 is selected for IG.
LinkedIn token expired
If a scheduled post is beyond token expiry, we’ll prompt re-auth at scheduling time. Reconnect under Integrations.
Post stuck in “Queued”
Reconnect the channel, then click Retry on the post. If it persists, email us with the Post ID.
